This will be our second year doing a wildfire prevention series where we pick some of the toughest spots in San Jose and then work with our Parks department as well as our Fire Department to rally volunteers and clear the area. This year at Danna Rock park we will be raising the tree line, clearing a hillside of weeds as well as creating better site lines for the area. We are finalizing locations for the other projects in the series but all will involve clearing weeds and brush, as well as raising tree lines.
