We will be hosting an Earth Month Stewardship and Sustainability Fair on 4/18/26 at Martha Mclean Park. We will be hosting a park/river cleanup and tree planting as the stewardship activities. Volunteers will assist in digging holes and planting trees and will assist in tree maintenance (weeding and fixing stakes) where necessary. We will also be giving away native seeds and compostable pots and educate the public on the importance of planting trees and natives. The event will be followed by a sustainability fair. There will be other environmental groups hosting a booth for volunteers to engage and learn about other ways to get involved.
