Bunks Across America is a nationwide event where Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapters across the country come together during the same week with one shared mission: No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town!® Throughout the week, local chapters host community build events where volunteers work together to build beds for children in need in their own communities. While each build takes place locally, chapters across the nation are building side by side in spirit, creating thousands of beds and making a difference for kids all across America. Our local Bunks Across America build is a great opportunity for individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community organizations to volunteer, give back, and be part of something much bigger than a single build. No experience is necessary. Just come ready to work, have fun, and help us make sure every child has a safe and comfortable place to sleep! 🛏️❤️
