Join us for a day of collective action in Butte County where volunteers will serve on one of the following activities: native planting and pollinator habitat creation, garden maintenance at the AS Compost Garden and canvassing and composting near the Oak Way Garden. Volunteer efforts will contribute to a more sustainable and resilient community! Please see below for a more detailed schedule of the day: 9:00 am: Check-in at Chico State University. 9:30 am: Event kick-off, volunteer welcome program, and instructions. 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Participate in one of three opportunities on and around the campus. 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Return to event kick-off Chico State University for a resource fair and free lunch for volunteers!
